Billing Requests

The Summit Fire Department uses a third-party billing service to invoice patients transported by Summit Fire Department ambulances.

If you have questions about your ambulance bill, such as:

  • Can I pay my ambulance bill by credit card?
  • Where do I send payments for my ambulance bill?
  • Who do I call to give insurance information to regarding my ambulance bill?

Call the AMBULANCE BILLING phone number 847-698-4500 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

*Due to federal privacy laws, ambulance billing personnel can speak only with the patient or patients legal guardian (parent of a minor child for example).
